We are just a short time away for the return to the Hall @ St. Paul's. A great line up of Muay Thai and Amateur Fighters from NYC and beyond will come together to compete on the first event back at our home arena in over 4 months. Fighters will also be coming in from Boston, Florida, New Mexico and Canada.
We all know that the FNFNYC Series is well known for putting on great matches but it's the vibe and kinetic energy that comes from our eclectic, New York crowd that makes the FNFNYC Events unique. And, no place fosters this more than the Hall @ St. Paul's
Now…..we know that we've made no secret to all of you that we've stepped it up in 2008. But we're going farther than just adding two new venues, farther than special events featuring Muay Thai only cards and farther than offering reserved seating (staring in the fall). Just because we all know the Hall @St. Paul is a great venue we're not taking it for granted. We are working hard to step it up here as well.
Starting with our Main Event - Tarek Rached v. Clint Rhodes.
These two fighters are both top in their field. Rached is an experienced veteran and former world champion that currently competes on the I.F.L. - a regularly televised fight series. Clint Rhodes, is the former IKF middleweight champion and an experienced professional boxer. This super middle weight 5 round bout is slated to be one of the highest caliber matches ever featured on the Friday Night Fights NYC Series.
Below is the tentative bout card. Please note that this is not the bout order and fighters are subject to change:
